Woma not pooping

I have an 18 month old Woma and he is quite under sized he’s on velvet rats he is about 80 cm long he is passing urates but no brown turds I’m used to seeing I can’t see a buldge In him and I’m not sure if it’s all going to growth or not I’ve given him a soak and whatnot but still no poop should I be worried
