Zophobas morio

Are these giant mealworms legal? i have heard from various sources that they are classed as a noxious pest and others saying they are fine to keep/bree/sell/feed.

I have spent a while 'googling' but cant find any info to say they are kosher in Australia.

Anyone shed some light for me and others?

Does anyone know if zophobas are available in Adelaide?
I would like to get some, but have no idea where to go.
