A MILLION TIMES

AND I AM SORRY!!!!!!!!

Do you guys mind helping me with a little bit of sexing (not with me, but with my lizards) Not that I am into that kinda stuff.... Just need to know if these are boys of girls!

Had to cover any avenue, haha

These is a few pictures of their amazing tank - 4ft long x 2ft wide x 3ft height

Hope you enjoy, and hopefully I get to know if they are boys or girls.....

PS

Shingleback is a 18mth old (which I purchased from someone who didn't know their proper care)

this little one had RI when I got him and wouldn't eat now loves snails/banana/kiwi fruit and has to eat baby spinach that I mash in.....

Central Beardy is 8mths old (purchased under the same circumstances)

this little one wont eat his vegies..... however will eat dandelion flowers and crickets to his hearts content

Not a very nice name for the poor old shingle.

No idea how to sex them but post photos of underneath their tail region and I'm sure someone can help.

Phil..... Its meant in jest..... His head looks like his butt lol I love him dearly....

Just like a parent calling their child a SSShit head but they still love them ;-)

Although my partner goes angry at me each and every time I call the shingle Scheissekopf..... So I am presuming a name change once I know a definite sex

PS Thanks Kristy

imo - your first pic of the shingle looks like a female... but then in the second pic it looks like it has a tip to it and may be a male..... ill c if i can find some pics of mine that are confirmed sex for comparassion

underneath does not show anyting for shinglebacks

I would say you shingleback is a female :)

Miss2 I thought the same thing a few years ago when I had shinglebacks, but the "male" with the tip ended up having twins twice :D

imalizard... what a clever boy he is LOL

Thankyou everyone for your help :)

I took 'her' to the vet when I got her for her RI and asked him and said pretty sure its a female but cannot confirm 100%

But after all your invaluable responses I think it is definitely a she :)

Thankyou once again

Now I need a name as sh!+head is not a good name for a lady lol regardless of the language it is in

Just a quick question!
Does your shingleback get enough heat on the ground? Unless he is a bit more of a climber, i'm not sure about the temperature? :)

Yeah I was wondering the same imalizard.. those globes seem awful far away

just a temp until an enclosure is built for the shingle... Has a heatmat on hot end though
