Jungle python whit dot

Hi guys, new here and I'd appreciate if anyone could help,
I have a jungle carpet python she's just a yearling and as of recent a white dot has appeared on her head.
I contacted the pet shop I got her from awhile back and the contacted there "vet a and they said it was abit of water under the scale. I didn't go in with snake as of yet. They said it should come off in the next shed or 2..
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Looks superficial like the top layer of a scale came off.
