Please help

I have an albino Darwin carpet python, she’s just under two years old and hasn’t eaten in about eight months, we’ve been consistently offering her various sizes of mice but she shows no interest in them, her heating was unfortunately quite erratic for I few months due to being off grid with inconsistent power, but everything is set up properly now. I’m starting to get quite worried about her so any experience and tips would be greatly appreciate.
