Lighting/heating Set Up Query.

I am about to upgrade my vivariums, my query is about what heating and lighting I need for my Stimson's pythons.
For the lighting can I use LED aquarium lights?
Or would some thing like these?

For heating is it better to have globe or one of these Ceramic Infrared Heat lamps also what wattage?
