How come there are never any diamond hatchies for sale on here? Are people just not breeding them? Are they more difficult to breed? It's frustrating me! I want one!!

If you want black and white snake why not get Bandy Bandy?

Firstly bandy bandys are on Class 2 Cat. 1 license in NSW but not sure about other states. And secondly they are extremely difficult to keep. Even wildlife parks can't keep them alive that are that hard to get feeding, especially since they are primarily blindsnake eaters its difficult getting them to eat something else that will sustain them.

Diamond hatchlings just are difficult to get hold of. Either breeders have clutches already spoken for, or they hold youngsters back so they can see how they colour up.

Diamonds are also more finicky than other pythons and if their environment isn't right they will most likely not breed.
