Hi all

What substrate would you recommend for a rodent tray? Newspaper? Sawdust? or what inexpensive substrates do people use?

Also, can anyone recommend where in sydney I could buy a rodent breeding tray from?

Lastly, is it a problem if mice are kept in a garage that is perhaps in the dark most of the time (it has no windows for light)

i sugest just use a fairly medium sized tub, theyre only like 20 dollars and i recon use news paper so the saw dust dont contaminate the mice (if your feeding to a snake)

just set it up like a normal muse cage

i use pine shavings
the shed should be okay but make sure it doesnt get too hot as this will kill the mice
