Hi,
I have had my baby blue tongue for about 3 months now and he has been in a large tub with good heat and light. I have just purchased a turtle tank that I would like to house him in but it has a rock wall at the back that covs the whole back of he tank, that I can't remove... Will my bluey try to climb out? My guess is yes, it also doesn't have a secure lid either... Have I made a mistake purchasing this tank for him... Please any advice...

Heya yes blue tongues can climb and they are quite good escape artists..

Can you liquid nail a piece of ply wood over the top just to cover the background? Or a piece of glass?

what lights are good for a blue tongue in regards to heat?

Any brand really, depends on how far the light would be from the basking spot if your wanting a wattage but I think 50-75 watt is normal
