Hi guys, been a member for a while lurking in the backrounds finding information. After ages trying to decide on a snake to get I decided on a Stimsons. Got him last week and he is AWESOME! Absolute love at first sight. Named him/her Charm. Was expecting him to be snappy as the pet shop chick told me he was, well he isnt (yet). She also said he has only had 3 feeds in 2 n a bit months and was picky (compared to his hatchling mate who had 8 feeds) Decided to try my luck today giving him a pinky mouse, annoyed the crap out of him trying to get him to take it, nope.. So I put him back in his tank, turned around and BAM, pinky taken! Guess his a shy one when it comes to eating. Over all extremely happy and glad I did the research on here first, so thank you :)544610_10151542133442457_819514703_n.jpg526720_10151542131357457_1615779631_n.jpg484300_10151542130967457_1529856355_n.jpgDSCN0369.jpg fingers crossed the pics work.

Me and my partner also got a little stimson python last sunday, it is becoming a lot of work as it is really snappy ant my thumbs for some reason. Haven't been able to get it to feed as yet.
It also broke out of the snap lock container it was living in and is free roaming around the bigger habitat that the tub was in. Could this cause problems, even though the sides have been covered to keep the light out.
It seems to move about freely during the night but hides under the paper towel during the day.
