Beardies do the darndest things...

Phoenix has learnt to sleep on her own bed, ha ha

Towards the cool end of her enclosure I placed a folded up pillowcase. I've been putting her down to sleep on this each night, although often she gets up and wanders over to the basking rock (where she ends up sleeping for the night).

But the last three nights, I have put her down on the pillowcase and she's slept right through - I find her in the exact same spot the following morning when I check in on her. How cute.

Hehe yeah I'm going to make her a nice girly pink one using some flanelette pj's I no longer wear. But for now, that old blue one will have to do. She seems to enjoy sleeping on the pillowcase as opposed to the scratchy astroturf, she snuggles into it when I put her down. And whenever she's in our room on the bed, she snuggles down into one of my pillows and goes to sleep, lol. Such a creature of comfort...
