These were in the water bowl in my Diamond's aviary. Should I be concerned?

I would think not but without any certainty. I would think that the main worry would be parasitic insects like ticks or mites.

I always find those beetles on wattle and eucalyptus trees and seem to eat the leaves.

Alright cheers guys. I took her out and there didn't seem to be any on her so you're probably right. By the way I should add that they are only about 3-5mm long. The photos were taken with a macro lens for my phone

I wouldn't be concerned. Even ticks aren't that much of a problem for snakes. Though if you do get ticks producing in the avairy then you should put a contract out on them.
Snakes live in trees, swamps, rock caves and under mulch in the bush, they can handle bugs.
