file upload manager-deleting files??

Can someone please enlighten me as to how you delete photos from the file upload manager as mine is using 19 of the 20 mbs and i cant upload any more photos, forgive me if its a simple task but i cant see anywhere to do it.

Click on the "Settings" option at the top of the page buddy. In the left hand side of options screen under the Miscellaneous heading you will find the attachments option where you can select attachments and delete them.

I will look at an easier way of managing attachments as that's the software's default and pretty archaic IMO.
