How long should it take a lizard to shed? I have a young E. Water Dragon that started to shed about 36 hours ago and is still going! This is not normal is it?

Hi Africa
Ive found it can last weeks before every bit of old skin is off.
that is for beardeds and small monitors,
Im sure its the same for water dragons, they usually have a nice green straight after too!
Cheers

It takes a few days they gust sit in there watr soaking then it comes off it usually gets a bit left on the end of their tails so ya catch em and rub that bit off

Yeah, as said by others, they can take a week or more in my experience.
Great way to help them shed those toes is to let them walk around on damp grass (the lawn type preferably.)
