Still working on my new snake habitat and I was planning on using thick threads of silicone covered with peat moss on the walls, floor and platforms. I will be vacuuming up the excess peat moss. The enclosure is a converted bureau, water sealed and lined with self adhesive drawer liner. Will the peat moss hurt my carpet python?

Im not sure what the 'thick threads of silicone' are intended to do but peat moss can contain fertiliser as can other garden products. Anything containing fertiliser of any kind is a no no.
