Thick-Tailed Gecko Caresheet

Hi everyone just wondering if some of you could hook me up with a couple of Thick-Tailed Gecko caresheets. I looked on the net but like none of it agreed with eachother and i started getting confused on what i was supposed to be doin so i decided to ask you guys if you could help.
Just with things like diet, enclosure size etc.
And if you are nice post acouple of pics

Welcome to the addiction of geckos,.....Thicktails one pair 45cm cube or bigger, no heat where you live and don't let get over 30c for to long, mist with water moreso in hot wheather. Feed Crix every 2nd day, dust with calcium every 2nd/3rd feed. Vits powder of crix once a fortnight. No uv no heat. 1-2cm of sand.... Bazinga. New reptile.

I wouldn't recommend the heatrock or any heat for your area,....and don't feed mealworms. All the other bits seemed on the money
