What frog is this?

This guy was found in a bucket of water, we haven't seen any like this around here and were wondering what he is... (cockatoo, victoria)

Really? Can you tell me what kind of habitat they live in please? We're not sure of the best place to let him go seeing as he was found in a bucket on the driveway so it might help
