Hey I just bought a new woma python 4 days ago and she is about 3 years old and the person I got her from said she is due for a feed so I tried feeding her a frozen rat that I defrosted and she won’t eat and she has been holding a lot and this is my first snake I’ve owned so I’m a little worried about her

Firstly let it settle in for about a week before trying to feed it & then check your temperatures in the enclosure are right
& you have the right temperature range so that it can regulate its own temperature by moving from hot side to cool side & that you have hides for it at both ends
If all is good try feeding again in about a week & dont handle it till it settles in
