12" Repti glo or similar????

Is it possible to get Repti glo or similar uv lights in 12"?? They only seem to start at 18".

I have a small open top fish tank with a young bluey, a clip on holder for the heat bulb, and a 12" fluoro fitting I can sit across the tank, but can't track down a bulb to suit....
