1200w Advanced Reptile Thermo

I just purchased an Eco Tech Advanced Reptile Thermostat, having a little trouble settin it up, s anyone else using this particular thermo and does your digital display flash continuosly?

Yeah thats the one I got and it does flash alot but I've have had no problems with it yet.
