OK, so i've moved house since i got my rep license and it doesn't have my current address, and i couldn't find the form, so could sum1 please post a link 2 it?

Just email them. Thats what i did.
"Hi,
I am just sending you and email to let you know that i have now moved from......to.....

cool, do i need 2 put my license number in? or anything like that? will the send me a new license with the same expirey but diff adress?

Will, i just did for sake of mind. yes they will send you a new licence sheet just with the changed address that all. Everything else is still the same.
