A friend of mine got her class 1 reptile lisence a little while ago so her hubby could get a python. Her husband brought the python home way before she was even ready for it because the guy who owned it had "inadquet space for it" The guy who owned the python did have his lisence but details and lisence numbers weren't taken down. now my friend's husband has left and she now has the snake but no details of how or where she got it and has no idea what the guy who owned the snakes name was and doesn't know what she should do with the python. She had no idea her husband was bringing home the python when he did as he was too stubborn to listen to what is supposed to be done legally. Has anyone got any advice on what she should do she's had the snake for roughly 8 weeks and wants to avoid getting into any trouble.

She can find out the guy's name coz she knows a few people who do know of him.

Also the guy was her hubby's friend which is why details hadn't been taken down straight away and "apparently" he was moving house so wanted to do the details thing when he wasn't so busy.
