I bought Australian Snakes a Natural History by Richard Shine yesterday btu have just noticed it is a bit out dated as it was first published in 1991 so its now 18 years old!! Ive noticed back then the Antaresia family was placed in the Liasis family something which is tatally new to me, Ive noticed various other small things that have now also changed these days but its good to see what they thought way back 18yrs ago that has changed these days, so far its been a great read although Im only up to the 4th chapter. I also purchased I nice cheap lil book titled What Snake is That? Introducing Australian Snakes by Gerry Swan and Steve Wilson which was also a great read which I would highly recommend to any newbie's!!
Cheers
