baby Pygmy beardie toe injury

just come home to my pygmy beardies and i fed them crickets then i realised the female had a cut or broken toe its still there almost sliced off fully though
could it be because of a fight with the male they are about 10-12 weeks now and are really healthy
what can i do to help her

Maybe bathe it with Betadine and see the vet tomorrow.

I had a very similar injury on one of my beardies, it required vet treatment, as said above put some Betadine on it, keep it clean, and see a vet ASAP.
Btw, the injury happened to a female dragon by a fellow female, at that age they can get nippy when hungry regardless of sex.
