bearded dragon sheding

hey just wondering how often dragons shed because mine shed a week ago and now hes sheding again is this weird or normal

Are you sure its not the same shed that hes going through?

Yes most lizards and agamiades will shed different peices at different times, my pygmy bearded dragon will she his head, then his back feet and tail then his upper body and front feet, this will continue for about a week, sometimes less if i am bathing him in luke warm water every day.
