Hi everyone my carpet python has a little piece of skin or something in his nose you can see it move when he breathes does anyone know what it might be.

Thanks From Carly

Most likely he has some skin left over from a previous shed.It should fix itself on his next shed so I woudln't be overly concerned about it.

If it's a piece of skin, yeah no worries it will diappear when he sheds next, if not before. Just make sure it's not a bubble of mucous or anything.

Thanks everyone, hes due for a shed any day now he's had milky eyes a couple of days ago but this will be his firsh shed since ive owned him so i was just making sure.

Thanks for your advice otherwise ill give the tissue a go

He has had it there for ages I just havent thought much of it. He hasnt shed for at least 5 months Ill soon know hes due for a shed so if its still there ill get worried then
