central netted dragon feeding

what would you all recommend i feed them in regards to vegetables?
I know they eat mealworms, crickets and woodies

I give mine some bok choy, squash, carrot etc... every now and then. They don't have much though, it's basically all insects.

I give mine Bok choy, squash, Hibiscus flowers and sometimes butternut pumpkin about 2 times a week.
They also love Silkworms, woodies and crickets, try to avoid to many mealworms as the will get overweight really fast.
