Lizzy has been out of brumation for about 2 weeks, and feeding and drinking and loafing about a lot on her hot spot heaps last week, was very active on Thursday.

Very cold night here on Friday night, no sign of Lizzy yesterday.

Chilly last night too, no sign of her yet this morning.

Gone back into brumation ?

Appendum : not brumating again.

Turned the TV on and Lizzy showed up immediately, or she smelled my toasted sandwich.

Loved her first mealworm food-treat, she didn't waste any time climbing off her spot to eat the 2 wriggley worms I offered her in the worm bottle lid.

She's watching Bob Brown giving his presentation on the TV now (big live news conference and announcements about the carbon reduction scheme).
