I would never buy any premade "fresh" dog food from anyone. Unless you buy it from the butcher and see what it is for yourself you will never know what goes in there and what sort of standard have been used.
Chicken necks and wings from a butcher are very cheap anyway. I found when feeding my dogs chicken they developed allergies, which together with the vet we couldn't get rid of. As soon as I stopped feeding chicken, the allergies went away. Probably because they are fed on hormones and antibiotics.
If you want to feed fresh meat try some beef mince, or beef in general.
