SouthsideM, I found the best way to cook them is to rip the heads off and then cut the tails in half. Mix up a butter, garlic and parsley mix.
Smear that on the flesh and cook them on a barby plate flesh side down squeezing a lot of lemon over them as they cook. Then turn them over
and cook for a short time (depends on the size of the tail - this ensures the meat comes away from the shell properly). Whilst they are flesh side
up I sprinkle a bit of salt over them and give them another squeeze of lemon. Give it a go and let me know what you think
