Yup!
Its minimum & will cover you for upto 30 animals though I think.You also need appropriate housing,feed,water & all other basics (common sense & practise anyway so should be no drama).You will need appropriate signs to describe the species to the public (education & awareness), and warning signs in case of any dangers such as elapids,crocs etc.You will need regular vet visits as well as accurate & up to date records of the animals to be displayed (feeds,sheds,medicines etc).Theres a few more things that I cant remember at this point.
