The central dragon (P. vitticeps) is by far the most commonly available and comes in some amazing colors. Does the humble eastern (P. barbata) exist in any of those colors ?

I am curious as I cannot say I have ever actually seen any colored easterns.

when i lived in the east i saw a few red, brown, grey and alot of black beards.it now occurs to me you are not talking about facial hair. oops my bad............lol

Most EBDs are brown but I have seen some nice yellows, greys and even smurf blue.
I dont think anyone has really established any decent colour lines yet though.

This is Max, a rescue I have had for about 5 months. He goes a nice yellowish colour, I had always assumed Easterns were just grey; but I have noticed when Max is very calm and inside (away from predators) he turns yellow. Temperament like a dog lol; made me fall in love with beardies!! :D BTW; these pics were taken the week I got him; his mandible is broken and deformed at the front; he chews fine now though, his main problem is he can`t protrude his tongue very well. I am still training him to take his own food, which gets funny at times, and he is getting better slowly.
