Eastern Long Neck'- heating

Do Eastern Long Neck Tortoise need heating in there water besides U.V, I have a 9 mth old she is doing really well otherwise but wondering if it is a necessity especially in winter??

yes there water needs to be between 26-28 degrees

I'd avoid going any higher than 26 in the water
