eating while gravid

my eight foot carpet cross diamond has eaten 6 rats in 2 weeks and i think she is gravid she shed sunday last year she layed 24 eggs but ate very little ihave herd its not good if they do eat yet others say its fine she eats lots normally and pretty placid has any one had any problems with this does it cause dystocia?

Yes they can become egg bound i wouldnt recomend feeding pythons when gravid
