Have you tried scenting the food item with day old chick feathers. Thats my last resort for troubled feeders. Aside for asset feeding, but I have yet to come across that..

Also I would bump the heat at the hot end to 34/35 and try feeding every 9/10 days. Every 4 days is too often.
