I hav egot that Stiskala stuff all through my cookies privacy stuff and one that says feedburner.

I dont know what it all is, but i think im getting heaps of spyware on here because im running spybot S&D and its getting heaps of problems and im only logging on to aps.

I know jack about computers, its driving me nuts

Yeah I deleted all my cookies and also ran Ad-aware as a just-in-case, and I don't seem to be having any probs now.

How do you delete cookies?

In IE go up to Tools>Internet Options and you'll see it there under Temporary Internet Files.
