Frog Herping in Victoria? Near Melbourne... any ideas?

Hi guys!

I've just looked at toorrow's weather forecast for VIC and it looks like froggie heaven... 32 degrees with thunderstorm into the evening!!! I'd love any suggestions on where to find any or all of the following as I've yet to photograph these species:

Peron's Tree Frog
Growling Grass Frog
Leaf Green Tree Frog
