Frogs don't need as much water as you think. To survive they just need enough to get wet to absorb the water and thats it.

I don't know alot about frogs.Every time i have seen a tank it's always had a heap of water in it and the frogs are never in the water.

Too much water just gives more chance of the stupid crickets drowning.
