Gallery Help

Hello,

Whenever I try to open up the Gallery I always get this:

line: 98, Failed to create G2 user with extId [4189]. Here is the error message from G2:
Error (ERROR_COLLISION)

• in modules/core/classes/GalleryUser.class at line 154 (GalleryCoreApi::error)
• in modules/core/classes/GalleryEmbed.class at line 360 (GalleryUser::create)
• in /usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs/gallery2.php at line 95 (GalleryEmbed::createUser)
• in /usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs/gallery2.php at line 50

Is there any reason why this error comes up and I can't access peoples Galleries or make one for myself?

Yes mine is doing the same thing.... Why hasnt this been fixed as I posted something about it doing this as well a far while ago...... Cmon get a grip ppl wanna see ppl's gallery pic's but yet due to the damn error not many ppl can wake up........ it needs to be fixed.

It has always said the same thing to me ever since I joined up.
I have PM'd the moderators on here with no response.

What could be causing the problem at my end?

My computer is:
Windows XP Pro
AMD Athlon XP 2.2ghz
768MB RAM
100GB Hard Drive (not that it'd make a difference)

Internet Connection:
Broadband 512kbps/128kbps

The computer is update on all updates aswell. What could be causing the problem?
