Hmm... I'm guessing slatey grey? If not maybe small eyed although it looks like day time so I'm unsure

Hmmm, I'll pick a trickier one next time...
Correct, small eyed snake (Cryptophis nigrescens). Found two of them under a sheet of tin (they are a communal species) during the day after the rain.
I'm around Brissy area and these things are really common. You can literally point to a rock in some places and say, "There's a small eyed snake under that".
 
Haha! Yeah they seem to be the only elapid I find (I'm on the sunny coast) strangely I see more small eyeds than carpets here lol

To be fair I only really night herp so that's why I find small eyeds over other things

We should do a daily guess the snake. That would be fun lol
 
Who should host it? We need someone available everyday
