Help my frog has WORMS!

I got home today with some silkworms to feed my amphibians and i noticed a piece of excrement floating in the water bowl of my Whites tree frog tank it was swarmed with something looking similar to hookworms/pin worms found in mammals. How do i treat this and is it harmful?

You treat it by taking it to a vet with a stool sample.

Were they moving?
Cricket eggs don't really digest and look quite a bit like parasites
