help please

hello,ive just joined your forum and was looking for some advice on pasting from photobucket.i know how to paste them into the post but when i preview the post the pictures are huge.is there a way to re size them or when i post will it be re sizes before everyone sees it.any help would be much appreciated.

Easiest way is in Photoshop, but if you don't have it, follow these steps:

1. Open the image in Paint
2. Press CTRL+A
3. Press CTRL+- (this will make the image smaller while constraining the proportions, if it's still too big press it again)
4. Press CTRL+X
5. Click File>New [Don't Save]
6. Press CTRL+V

Then save the image and upload it again.

[Sock Puppet]

When you've uploaded your pics to photobucket, put your cursor over the pic & copy the "Direct Link" URL.
Then back in APS, when you're ready to insert the pic, hit the "Insert Image" icon (yellow square with what looks like grey mountains in it) & paste the URL for the pic. Too easy.
