What sealant i safe to seal pine enclosures for pythons?

aquarium sealant is safe but thats all i know about it. what has happened?

oh, yeah aquarium sealant is the best, but make sure it says on the sealant tube that its safe for them just let them know if they say may harm animals then its a NO NO

I've use laquared the inside of my bhps tank it hasen;t done anything to the snake but i used a water based lauqar manly for the fumes of oil based products

I just made an enclosure for my juvie cunninghams and did the inside with Cabots solvent based gloss floor sealer. It was dry in 24hrs and does not smell. I usually use Cabots waterbased floor clear but it doest wipe clear as easily.

i would use melimine as an enclosier wood it has a washable surface and all you need to do is seal the joints and there you go and it looks great it is a white plastic type coating on both sides
