Hi all,

Long time since I've posted but I live in the UK now so cant really contribute much anymore! Just wanted to ask if anyone had any experience of herping at Yarrawonga, VIC? It looks like it should be a good place for tigers and browns (maybe copperheads?) but cant really find any good info on the area. I will prob be spending a few days there in mid-January and although it is very much not a herping holiday I'm hoping I can excuse myself and go for a few 'walks'....

Cheers and Merry Christmas to you all,

Kris

Hey hun, if you'd like, I can show you a few places I know of? I live 45 minutes away. I've seen skinks, a RBB, a few browns and a crapload of wallabies lol.

I have seen brown snakes and rbb at yarrawonga and
that was when I wasnt looking for them,
just having a beer on the river and the brown was crossing the road.
No doubt there are many species of herp to be found in the area,
lots of frog, skink and some dragonand turtle species to.

I found the biggest RBB I've ever seen just out of Yarrawonga along the Murray.
