I was working in the Tanami during the week and managed to get out with another bloke who likes his reps. Only found a couple of things and conditions weren't real great. Here's pics.

That would have to be one of the best Central Blueys i have ever seen, such clean crisp bands on its back :)
 
that bluey looked like it had a few blue patches on it's leg, did it?
in the pic of the northern shovel head burrowing it looked like it had been chopped in half

I wish I was as good at herping as you, can you share some tips?

Will i am far from good at herping mate. It's something i don't do very often and your luck and the right conditions change from place to place. There's not much advice i could give apart from get out there, do it and keep a diary of when you go, what the weather is, humidity, time of year, moon phase etc etc. And yes it's legs were kinda navy blue like the stripe on it's eyes.

It was actually pretty dismal, i thought this place would be crawling with mulgas and westerns, which apparently it is... but we just couldn't find any.
