hi all,
just thought i would share my snake hook with you as discussed on a previous thread.
I got a 8mm solid round bar heated it up and bent to shape. I then used a heat shrink rubber to go over it. I then put it in the end of a golf club (putter). It works a treat for one of my snakes

I've heard of people using heat shrink rubber for their hooks before. Where would I find some and how do I use it?

Cheers

From an electrical wholesaler or ask a sparky if you know one for a peice of it...

Use a heat gun or blow torch to shrink it down..Its used to insulate cables..

Comes in a few different colours..;)

thanks guys i am happy with it . the heat shrink was from the sparkys at work we have heaps of it and it comes in different colors and sizes .

i only use this hook for my almost 4 year old female coastal as she is very aggressive and cage protective
