Hey All,

New to the site and to keeping pythons in the NT.
Had kept a spotten-childrens in QLD when living there, but sadly had to give him to a better home when moving for work commitments.
Have recently adopted a near-yearling Uluru Woma Python and am hoping to get some tips from the monsoon based keepers.

Few quick questions;
--With a naturally high temp and high humidity all year round, what heating/basking elements would you recommend? ( Currently using a floor based heat mat )
--What sized globe would one use for a 18x18x24 tank? This would be UV mainly...

Thanks Heaps
:p

Hey there. I'm in Darwin too. I don't use any heating up here for any pythons except hatchies. I like to keep hatchies at a consistant temperature. I'd only suggest you use heating here if you keep them in a cool place like in aircon.

Cheers,

Corey.
