Are they saying its the biggest recorded and it was caught in Florida or that it's the biggest recorded in Florida? As I typed this I realised I should have had a chat with uncle google, I'll post what I find.

Quick google search says the largest in the world is 5.74m (not sure how current that is.) So this one is the largest found in Florida.
