So my NT Carpet has a mouth infection (ie. a cold) and was on a mouthwash treatment every 2 days... It had been 3 weeks and wasnt working so back to the vet... The vet said it was time to up the treatment to injections, one every 2 days... I have just given her the second dosage since the vet and noticed afterwards that the injection site was swollen... Is this the liquid in the muscle that is still being absored?? It was very painful for her when I touched it accidentally.
On a better note, the vet didn't charge me a cent for the consultation as it was from a previous problem that he hadn't fixed!! So I guess not all vet's are money grabbers! If only the doctor's was so generous!!
