Saturday Daily Telegraph has an article on some feral pest. Last week a red earred slider was found in a backyard in Campbelltown. Apparently a breeding colony was found in Georges River in December 1996. They were also found last year in a river in Brisbane and a backyard in Canberra. At least these guys aren't toxic.
Hmm, Turtle golf, no no, Slider ice hockey, or even bloodier, street hockey  Mwoo hoohoo haha!

I got out of my car driving home from the South Coast Herp Show today because i thought i saw a turtle at the side of the road. it was as i was leaving Appin on my way back to Campbelltown. The animal was dead and it was a red eared slider.

Simone.

lol Gabe, very funny. Now should we open the can on Aussie people and exotics. She left her phone number, why don't we all give her a call.
